1.Registration will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.

2.Walk-in participation will not be accepted on the event day.

​

3.CarbonCare InnoLab reserves the right to reject registrants who fail to pay the minimum donation.

​

4.Donation will not be refunded should the event be cancelled due to bad weather or under any other unforeseeable circumstances.

5.CarbonCare InnoLab has taken out public liability insurance for the event. Participants are advised to take additional insurance coverage at their own discretion.

6.CarbonCare InnoLab reserves the right of final acceptance of registrants and to change the event details without prior notice.

7.CarbonCare InnoLab reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.CarbonCare InnoLab reserves the right on the final decision in all matters pertaining to the event.
